When I moved to Medina almost nine years ago I had a dream. I am a mother of three, and you all know how many hats we moms get to wear on a daily! My dream was to create a place to help ease the load of busy moms and everyone else alike. The Salty Heifer was inspired by my family, to be a place that offered good quality food, that was easy to eat on-the-go. My kids love ALL THINGS SNACKS, which inspired me to offer a variety, that you can grab-n-go. Growing up in a family who worked hard on the farm, I know hearty meals were what fueled them to get through the day and that’s how the Daily Specials were inspired. Myself, I'm all about the sandwiches and COFFEE! That’s how The Salty Heifer has come to life...it's basically everything that my kids and I love all wrapped up into one! Oh yeah, and I LOVE cows!
